What we do
Most of our projects are in occupied, publicly owned facilities. We plan around school breaks, operating hours and life-safety requirements so the owner's day-to-day keeps running while the work gets done.
Town halls, fire stations, DPW facilities, senior centers, housing authorities, and K-12 schools under M.G.L. c.149 and c.30 procurement.
DCAMM-managed projects, National Guard and military facilities, and federally registered contracting with the documentation those owners require.
Commercial renovations, warehouse and garage construction, and pre-engineered metal buildings from foundation through erection.
